Guided By Values, Focused On Quality, Committed To Results
Code of Ethics
Strongly committed to the principles of corporate social responsibility, the GRIND MASTER Group not only strives to ensure full legal compliance but also to promote the best market practices for achieving sustainable development while recognizing the interests of its many stakeholders.
Quality Policies
At Grind Master, we believe in delivering the best, much like John Deere’s famous words: “I will never put my name on a product that does not have in it the best that is in me.” Our approach to quality is backed by a thorough inspection process at three levels—Part Level, Aggregate Level with MQR, and Machine Level. With specialized machinery and turnkey solutions, we combine modular technology elements with tools, support, and process know-how. Our Integrated Management System focuses on continuous improvement, helping us maintain the high standards we strive for in every project.
At Grind Master, we believe in the principle of 100-1=Zero. A machine may have a hundred things going right, but it only takes one thing wrong to make it fail. Our quality mantras reflect this mindset. If there’s doubt, we build a test. The hard work happens within our walls, so there are no hiccups or last-moment surprises. Training is continuous until systematic working feels second nature. Getting it right the first time, every time, is non-negotiable. The details and the bigger picture matter – perfection comes from paying attention to both.
