Grind Master offers solutions for Roller Grinding and Superfinishing in the form of Attachments and Consumables. Our attachments use Coated Abrasives and Film Backed Abrasives. They can be easily mounted on tool post of a lathe / any between centre machine. 

Grinding Attachments
Grind Master offers Tool Post Grinding Attachments which can be used with coated abrasive belts for roll grinding work.  We also offer VSM high quality abrasive belts from 36 grit (Ceramic / Zircon) to grit 1200 (Compact Grain) for this roll grinding work.  It involves rough grinding to remove the surface defects and damaged areas on the roll.  Subsequently finer grits are used to generate good surface finish.

      

 

Superfinishing Attachments
Grind Master offers Superfinishing Attachments which are used for superfinishing of these rollers.  Very fine finishes up to 0.05 micron Ra can be achieved by this method.   It uses film backed abrasive tapes which are also offered by Grind Master.
