Grind Master uses state of the art equipment and technologies to build world class machines. We believe that every input going into a system has to be of good quality in order to produce a high standard of output. Every step of the machine building process is critical. We have the infrastructure which makes it possible.

Design
3D CAD Software by Siemens – Solid Edge, forms the backbone of our Designs. Together with TeamCenter (PDM solution from Siemens), it ensures our design capabilities meet the challenges and complexities of producing SPMs. We also use AutoCAD and E-Plan technologies for our designs.

Manufacturing Facility
Our in-house facilities ensure high quality components and fast deliveries.

Fabrication Shop
In-house facility to weld, stress relieve and machine fabrications such as bases for our machines.

Machine Shop
A fleet of mother-machines, including 3-5 axis CNC machining centers to produce accurate components.

Machine Assembly and Testing

Our 1,20,000 sq.ft facility in Aurangabad includes large bays for construction and testing of machines. Every machine is built, tested and proved before dispatch.

R&D Facility : TechCenter
Grind Master has set up a unique innovaton center well equipped with machines & large range of polishing, deburring wheels and abrasives for testing customer samples. With all these trials & testing, customer can see deburring & finishing results well in advance.
