Grinding is a machining process where material is removed from a workpiece using a multitude of small abrasive particles. Grinding is capable of tighter tolerances and better surface finish than other machining processes.

Grinding employs either Bonded Grinding Wheels or Coated Abrasives. A coated abrasive is an abrasive grain bonded to a flexible substrate using adhesives. Coated Abrasives give cost, productivity and quality advantages in certain grinding applications. For Finishing applications, Coated Abrasives have a distinct edge over Bonded Abrasives.

Employing Coated abrasives in the form of Belts and Flap Wheels, Grind Master offers a wide range of Belt Grinding and Finishing Machines.

Our Automatic and Semi Automatic Machine Range includes Centerless machines for Grinding, Descaling and Finishing of Tubes and Bars. These Through Feed type machines are used in high volume production of tubes, as well as workshops of fabricators of furniture and railing tubes. They are used for rough operations such as Descaling, as well as fine operations like finishing. For Flat Surfaces we have a wide variety of Flat Belt Grinders. Economy Models for low volume semi-Automatic operations, and High Production Models for Automatic Belt Grinding. Our SPMs can even Grind 4 sides of a Bar at one time.
Our Manual Belt Grinding Machines are Robust, Rugged, Reliable, and are employed in segments such as Fettling of Castings, and Grinding of Turbine Blades. We also offer Robotic Grinding Solutions.
