  Machine with one deburring head, without enclosure is an economy range     model  for general purpose gear deburring.
  It can deburr gears :
  • From Diameter 20 mm to 250 mm
  • From module 1 to 10
  • All kinds of gears, spur, helical, bevel, sprockets etc.
  Machine Enclosure and Dust Extrusion System are optional

  An upgrade over the basic Economy Model uses 2 heads – one deburring and     one brushing head. The brushing head removes the secondary burr, thus     resulting in complete deburring in the same machine.

  Equipped with 2 wire brush heads & 2 deburring heads, the 4 Head Gear     Deburring Machine is ideal for wheel gears of gearbox. Gears upto 600mm in     Diameter can be accommodated.
