Floating Head Belt Grinding Machines for Flat Surfaces : CFGFL Series

Our Special Belt Grinding Heads with Pneumatic Float give uniform finishing results by applying constant pressure on the component. The modular design enables us to combine the heads in series as per requirement, offering upto 4 heads in one machine.

Polishing Machines for Flat Surfaces : CFG-P Series

Flat Surface Polishing Machines make use of Polishing Heads for hairline and bright finishing of square and rectangular tubes. Upto 3 heads can be combined in series to give a versatile polishing machine. The buff head is given oscillation to obtain a uniform finish.

Features of the CFG-P Series :

• Polishing Wheel Size : 300 mm dia x 150 mm stack width

• Motor : 5 Hp

• Vertical Head Adustment : 150mm from conveyor level

Machines for Grinding and Polishing Flat Surfaces : High Volume Production Systems

Grind Master offers a range of heavy duty machines, with specially designed features for high volume production. These rugged workhorses are well suited to automatic continuous production.

Belt Grinding of 4 Sides in Single Pass : CG Series

The CG Series of Machines is designed with 4 grinding Heads :

• Top Grinding Head

• Bottom Grinding Head

• 2 Side Grinding Heads

These 4 heads, working simultaneously on the flat/square Bars or Square/Rectangular tubes complete the belt grinding on all 4 sides in a single pass, thus increasing productivity and reducing material handling.
Components are fed into the machine on roller conveyors, with auxillary drives. For sequential grinding operations, multi-station machines are also possible. We have built machines with upto 4 station machines (16 heads!!!)

High Volume Production of Hairline/Bright Finishing of Stainless Steel Square and Rectangular Tubes : CFGM

The CFGM is designed for high volume production. Its multi-head operation produces Stainless Steel Square and Rectangular tubes with hairline/bright finish at the rate of 2-10 m/min.
The polishing wheels used are heavier than the economy series. Supplementing this rugged high productivity base machine are accessories that make the CFGM a highly automated system :
