Machines For Belt Finishing of Flat / Square Bars:-
Special designs with pneumatic Floating type belt grinding heads ensure uniform & consistent finish quality. GMPL offers unique design of 4 side grinding & finishing of flat bars, thus finishing in single pass. Another model of 2 side grinding machine grinds one flat surface & one edge of flat exactly perpendicular to each other.
Machines for Hairline & Bright Finishing of Square & Rectangular Tubes:-
We offer multiple head machines up to 14 heads for high volume production. Machines are offered with sophisticated features like auto wear compensation, polishing head oscillation & auto spray system for liquid polishing compounds. For small batch production, we offer simple, low cost models which are simple to operate & easy to set.
