Our specially designed machines are used in deburring large components such as Castings, Cylinder Blocks of Engines in High Volume production setups.

Planetary Deburring Machines

Planetary Deburring Technology is the most reliable method for removing post-machining/cutting burrs over flat surfaces. Multiple brush operation removes resilient burrs by attacking it from all sides. This ensures all round deburring. This universal model can be used for deburring of castings. Automatic Brush Wear Compensation ensures uniform deburring. A wide variety of components can be processed on this machine by using appropriate fixturing. This economy model comes in 2 variants –

Case Study : Conveyorised Precision Deburring Machine

 

Our Precision Deburring Machines removes minor burr and creates a small radius on the edge of the component. This results in reliable deburring without creating a chamfer. A Planetary Deburring Head operating on components moving on a conveyor is ideal for fast production of sintered, laser cut, fine blanked and punched parts.

Special Planetary Deburring Machine for 3 Faces of Die Casting E004

 

 

  Components such as Cylinder Block of Engine require deburring on 3 faces.     Our Special Purpose PDH for such applications enables all 3 faces to be     deburred in   one machine. Using 3 Planetary Heads, and fully Automatic     operation, the   machine is ideal for high volume engine manufacturing setups.

 

 

Belt Grinding and Planetary Deburring for Flat Components CFG150-1H+1PDH

 

     

 

  We offer a combination machines, using CFG and PDH Technologies to offer     process advantage. The Abrasive Belt removes heavy burrs, and the planetary     head removes secondary burrs. The components move on a 150mm wide     conveyor. Head Position Adjustment and Brush Wear Compensation is Manual     in the Economy Model, and Automatic in the Higher-End Models. The machine     is ideal for production of Clutch Plates, Brake Pads, Valve Plates and other     sheet metal components.

 

Automatic Deburring Machine for Rail Pump Parts E008

 

This model, specially designed for high volume production of rail pump components, is a fully automatic system with 2 conveyors, 2 deburring heads. It can deburr complicated parts with small holes to the highest deburring standard. Designed for wet deburring with complete enclosure, this machine is used for deburring common rail pump parts such as stator, rotor plate, distribution plate.
