Centerless Polishing Machines GCL Series : Economy Range

This series of machines offer economic solution for bright/mirror finishing of tubes using flap wheels, sisal wheels or buffs. These centerless polishing machines come in modules of 1,2,3 heads. They can either be used as stand-alone machines, or combined in series to form a line with 8 to 10 heads. Roller Supports, Tube Feeding System and Loader/Unloader are optional accessories.

Combinations of GCL Machines in Series

Combinations of GCL machines in series is possible to form up to 8 head. For Example, 2 GCL-03 in series form this model – GCL-06.

Multihead Automatic Grinding and Polishing Machines

Specially designed to meet specific requirements, these machines combine a number of grinding and polishing heads into a sturdy, high volume production system. Depending on the finish of the input, and quality required at the output, together with the production rate, upto 14 grinding/polishing heads can be placed in series.

Our large range of grinding/polishing heads includes :

• Belt Grinding Heads – Fixed

• Belt Grinding Head from Top – Floating : They are  designed to give constant grinding pressure to achieve uniform finish.

• Polishing Head from Top : These heads can accommodate upto 300mm width buffing wheels for faster output.

Optional systems such as Auto Load/Unload, Powered Roller Supports and Auxillary Drives for Tube Feeding can be customized according to requirement. Depending on the stock removal and finish requirements wet grinding system can also be selected. Also available are Motorized Job Size Setting  or Auto Job Size Setting.
These models, specially designed for finishing tubes of large diameters and length.
